Location(s): Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire Role and Responsibilities: MIG Welding on fleet of trains Corrosion repairs Butt Welds Fillet Welds Following engineering drawings to a high specification The Candidate: Competent welder using MIG, TIG on Mild Steel. Be able to weld in a multitude of angles. (Vertical and Horizontal) Competent in Butt and Fillet welds Ability to hit the ground running and utilise your skillset within a wider team of technicians. Must have experience welding on 2mm-6mm tolerance. Must have Rail experience performing Welding on rolling stock vehicles Essential: Must be able to pass a Medical & Drugs and Alcohol screening prior to start.
