The Position
* Prepare and produce mouth-watering dishes across all sections to high standards while adhering to dietary requirements and guest preferences.
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace, following food safety and hygiene protocols.
* Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service during peak hours.
* Adapt to different environments and kitchens while consistently delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
The Person
* Have full working rights in Australia.
* Hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate.
* Must have knowledge of food safety standards and culinary techniques.
* Have strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
* Able to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance.
* Be flexible to work on a FIFO / DIDO roster, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
