In this role, you’ll work in schools and provisions dedicated to supporting students with SEMH challenges, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential. Your Responsibilities Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, fostering emotional resilience and confidence. Assist in implementing strategies to support students' behavioral and emotional development. Work closely with teachers and support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Build trusting relationships with students, encouraging positive engagement and self-expression. Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies. About You Experience in working with children or young people with SEMH needs is highly valued. You’re patient, empathetic, and resilient, with a natural ability to build rapport with students facing challenges.
