JOB TITLE: Head of Portfolio Insight LOCATION(S): London/Bristol/Edinburgh SALARY: £134,589 - £158,340 HOURS: Full time WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in one of the above offices About this opportunity This role offers an excellent opportunity to work across Lloyds Banking Group, supporting strategy & investment planning, and contributing significantly to the Group's success and resilience, whilst leading a team of dedicated and skilled colleagues, who will support you in delivering the outcomes of the role. As the Head of Portfolio Insight, you'll oversee the progress of our £3billion annual investment, ensuring alignment with the Group's strategic goals. The team is relied upon for our insight on the performance of the Group's Strategic Investment Change portfolio. Collaborating with Group Strategy, Finance and Group COO functions, you'll find ways to improve efficiency, drive value, increase benefits and improve customer outcomes. Leading on risk-based governance into Strategic Delivery Committee (SDC), identifying new risks and opportunities as they emerge. You'll lead analysis on how the Group is performing against its strategic commitments through ownership and evolution of the Objectives & Key Results (OKR) framework and responsibility for both internal and external Board metrics. Day to day you'll be; Leading on Board Metrics for the Group, collaborating across Business Units to ensure accuracy of reporting and prepare high quality insight for GEC and Board reporting. Owning the Objectives & Key Results framework used across our Change portfolio, providing clear guidance and ensuring the key results reflect the main growth drivers of the Group's financial plan. Delivering high-quality analysis and insight of investment performance to enable informed decision-making. Leverage Strategic Delivery Committee (SDC) to help unblock challenges in the portfolio and give visibility of lessons learned. Driving and building out a digitally led, automated and connected Ecosystem of data-driven insights, measuring Key Results through Epic delivery, through to business and financial value. What you'll need Excellent leadership capabilities, able to motivate, drive delivery and empower teams to deliver in line with our cultural values. Strong financial and commercial awareness, with experience of generating data-driven insights to inform decision-making and progress monitoring of change delivery in an agile environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of presenting to and engaging with senior audiences at Group ExCo level in a clear, concise way Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities, adept at managing relationships in a matrix-led environment, collaborating effectively across departments and divisions. Strong technical, data analytical skills with clear ability to disseminate complex information into digestible and easy to understand reporting for multiple audiences. And any experience of these would be really useful Effective at managing trade-offs and conflicting objectives within the broader Group strategy. Model a desire to develop skills and experience, creating space to learn and collaborate. Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and openness to innovate and test new ideas.
