Grafton Banks Finance is pleased to be supporting an exciting business in the Crawley area, who are seeking a temporary Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their finance team. This is initially a temporary role, with the potential for a permanent position. You will be responsible for assisting the finance department with a range of sales ledger duties. Key Responsibilities: Allocating and posting incoming payments to the correct accounts Managing the sales ledger inbox and responding to customer queries Monthly reconciliation of bank statements for accounts receivable entries Supporting the Credit Controller with credit control tasks to help reduce aged debt Assisting with various ad-hoc finance projects and tasks as required The Ideal Candidate: Available to start immediately and looking for a temporary position Previous experience in credit control, sales ledger, or accounts receivable Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel Based in, or able to commute to, Crawley
