Field Service Engineer | Travel across Midlands | Permanent | Up to £48,000 | Vehicle & Fuel Card
Cherry Professional are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer. You will provide service delivery support for all customer on analytical laboratory instrumentation. You must have experience working within the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine/non routine PM/OQ and PQ
* Perform equipment troubleshooting and breakdown repairs
* Manage and coordinate daily functions
* Promote and maintain a high quality of service
* Promote the brand and service capabilities of the company
* Identify service delivery improvements in conjunction with team leads
* Provide technical support to customer queries
* Evaluate incoming fault reports and initiate appropriate measures:
* Support customers by remote troubleshooting
* Ensure prompt handling of customer complaints
* Inform Head of Services in case of major deviations and for cases that can’t be handled with current resources
Ideal Candidate:
* Acts autonomous in the frame of Guidelines and directives
* Hands-on experience with servicing and maintaining laboratory instrumentation
* Strong technical aptitude with a focus on pharmaceutical or laboratory equipment
* A proven track record of cGxP
* Troubleshooting ability Minimum of 2 years Pharmaceutical Analytical Laboratory experience working with dissolution and physical testing equipment.
* Sign according to rule SOP AAW01.04 regarding signatures.
