Role:
1. Lead on the day-to-day administrative tasks to support the procurement function
2. First point of call for all procurement queries
3. Assist in smooth running of procurement department
4. Deputise for the Procurement Officer when needed
5. Support in contract monitoring and data input/analysis
6. Organise and minute monthly contract meetings
7. Liaise with stakeholders
8. Collect information to support procurement projects
The Person:
9. Computer literate and capable of using different systems
10. Knowledge of Excel
11. Good communication skills both written and verbal
12. Public Sector experience desirable
13. Administrative experience
