Job Description:
The Role
* Provide day-to-day professional advice to a mixed portfolio of estate and land-owning clients.
* Act as the first point of contact for existing clients, managing their professional needs and providing sound advice.
* Manage rural estates and property portfolios, providing strategic advice, drafting agreements, and handling a variety of property-related tasks.
* Collaborate with Partners to identify and develop business development opportunities.
* Work with specialist teams to deliver and develop new fee opportunities from clients.
* Assist in developing and implementing efficient internal systems and processes.
* Ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards in all work carried out.
* Assist with pitch reporting and presentations.
What do you need?
You will be a chartered surveyor with experience in delivering rural professional and estate management services. We seek enthusiasm, integrity, and a can-do attitude; with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment. You should be prepared to contribute to team development and pursue continuous self-improvement.
