Responsibilities Effectively manage the delivery of a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-lead service for students. Responsible for CQC Monitoring and audits. Take responsibility as agreed with the Head of Care to lead on Safeguarding and Health and Safety matters. Lead the care staff and specialist services to create an inclusive learning environment to enable the student's aims of placement to be met both in the college and residences. Requirements Qualification in Care Management in an appropriate discipline at Level 5 Experience in staff management, supervision, appraisal and a demonstrated ability to develop staff Experience in operating good service user or learner development plans. Experience in managing staff within residential care provision Understanding of the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety/CQC Knowledge of the regulatory framework within which a residential college for people with learning and physical disabilities operates, including the needs of children under 18.
