To strengthen our team and respond to increasing demand we are looking for a dynamic and confident leader to join our senior theatre team within Trauma & Orthopaedics. Your duties will include team development and management and ensuring that a safe, proficient and efficient, and timely pathway for our patients is delivered. We are committed to your training and development and you will be joining a dedicated, flexible and friendly department.
You will work closely with fellow Team Leaders, Matron, Head of Perioperative Services & Clinicians in maintaining, improving and developing high standards of patient care.
You will be expected to be professionally accountable and responsible for the standards and delivery of care within the theatre specialities, working and acting as a role model for professional practice and leadership.
You will be required to maintain a professional profile and develop skills, knowledge and competencies adhering to the NMC/HCPC code of professional conduct and trust policies and procedures.
