We are working with a leading Main Contractor delivering a long-term MOD framework in Reading, offering a secure pipeline of work for a minimum of 3 years, with potential for further extension. The project consists of a combination of new build and refurbishment schemes, forming part of a wider defence infrastructure programme. The new build elements will include a variety of structures such as office buildings, storage units, and ancillary buildings, constructed using a mix of steel frame and reinforced concrete (RC) frame methods. Refurbishment works will involve upgrades to existing facilities, including internal reconfigurations, M&E enhancements, and fabric repairs, all delivered within live operational environments.

Security Clearance Required

Due to the nature of the work, applicants must be eligible to undergo security vetting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance
2. Coordinating subcontractors and trades to ensure smooth project delivery
3. Managing site documentation, permits, and health & safety compliance
4. Liaising with project teams, clients, and stakeholders
5. Monitoring progress and reporting to the Project Manager
