The Role:
We're seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead our dedicated bar team, maintain exceptional service standards, and contribute to the continued success of our food and beverage operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leading and developing the bar team
• Managing stock levels and supplier relationships
• Ensuring exceptional service standards
• Cash handling and reconciliation
• Maintaining health and safety compliance
• Creating and implementing drink promotions
• Supporting the F&B Manager in daily operations
• Roster management and team scheduling
Hours:
Full-time position including evenings and weekends (rota basis)
