We are looking for a Project Manager to join our clients FMCG business based North of Norwich, where you will oversee and drive key company projects. Your primary responsibility will be to create and communicate critical paths, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain a smooth project workflow while identifying and mitigating risks. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all stages are delivered on time. Write, track, and adjust project critical paths, communicating any updates to stakeholders. Manage projects through key stage-gate milestones, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Oversee new product setup, including internal reference codes, barcodes, packaging details, and customer system updates. Provide regular project updates, address delays, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ensure product samples are available for customers, arranging national and international deliveries within budget. Lead packaging sustainability projects, working with suppliers and customers to drive improvements. Assist with market reviews, gap analysis, and benchmarking sessions. What We're Looking For Previous experience in managing critical paths and stage-gate processes. Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines. Meticulous approach to documentation and project tracking. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Logical, proactive, and able to offer creative solutions to challenges. A can-do attitude with a drive to succeed. Desirable Skills (but not essential) Knowledge of packaging materials and print processes for retail PRINCE2 qualification Experience in retail FMCG projects What's on offer?
