Salary: £100,000 - £135,000 (DOE) + Stock from day one

My client is looking for a highly skilled full stack software engineer with a passion for sports and how the power of AI can improve performance. So if you're an avid strava user - read on!
This role involves ensuring AI agents work seamlessly within a dynamic workflow, meeting high standards of technical performance and ethical integrity. You'll be shaping the future of AI in sports, helping to deliver precise, ethical, and impactful coaching insights to athletes globally.
Due to the demands of this role I'm looking to speak to engineers with previous experience working within an AI startup or in a purely AI focused project.

About You:
You could be a great match if:
* You have experience of deploying AI systems, with a focus on LLMs/ML models in production.
* You have strong skills in some of the tech listed: Next.js, React, Tailwind, Typescript Node.js, and Python, especially for production-level coding and advanced workflows (e.g., PyTorch, pandas, Scikit-Learn, LLMOps libraries).
Nice to Have
* You have proven experience in implementing and fine-tuning LLMs/NLP models.
* You’re highly proficient in agentic frameworks like AutoGen and LangChain.
* Experience with Azure and other AI tools like AgentOps and Huggingface.
* Any exposure to LLMOps related work.
