Job Title: Inclusion Strategy Manager

Job Description:
Are you passionate about fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone feels they belong? We are seeking an experienced Inclusion Strategy Manager for a 12-month contract to drive impactful inclusion initiatives across our organisation.
Based in London, this role will work closely with HR partners, business leaders, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic, data-informed inclusion programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leverage available demographic data and develop innovative approaches to gather insights in markets with data restrictions. Use findings to track the effectiveness of inclusion initiatives.
2. Partner with HR and business leaders to implement inclusive programmes aligned with global and local priorities, ensuring a strong cultural impact.
3. Establish key performance indicators for inclusion programmes, measuring their impact on engagement, talent retention, and business outcomes. Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
4. Ensure all inclusion initiatives contribute to broader business objectives, driving performance, innovation, and organisational effectiveness.
5. Oversee the execution of key inclusion programmes, such as leadership training and ERGs, ensuring they are delivered effectively and with long-term scalability.
6. Support senior leaders in embedding inclusive leadership behaviours, offering coaching and guidance to integrate inclusive practices into decision-making.
7. Co-design and facilitate workshops, team offsites, and inclusion discussions, blending global best practices with regionally tailored content.
8. Ensure inclusion strategies are culturally relevant and responsive to the diverse needs of different regional markets.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in inclusion strategy, working with HR and business leaders to drive meaningful change.
2. Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to measure impact. Ability to gather insights creatively where demographic data is restricted.
3. Experience developing success metrics for inclusion initiatives and aligning them with business goals.
4. A track record of successfully delivering high-quality inclusion programmes, including leadership training and ERGs.
5. Strong coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to drive organisational change and support inclusive leadership.
6. Experience in developing and leading inclusion-focused workshops and discussions tailored to diverse teams.
