Role: Mechanical Fitter
Location: Thetford, Norfolk
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:30
Pay Rate: Up to GBP16 per hour
Capacity of role: Temporary to Permanent role
Our client, based in Thetford, is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Fitter to join their busy workshop team.
Candidates will need previous mechanical skills and must have worked in an engineering-based position.
Overtime will be offered as and when the business requires.
Main duties will include:
* Responsible for the build of sub-assemblies,
* Using hand tools and employing fitting skills,
* Building full machine assemblies,
* Testing and inspecting components,
* Setting and operating manual shop machinery,
* Having a mechanics background is ideal.
