Job Description We have a great opportunity for someone to join our award-winning Pension Risk Transfer business as a Senior Pensions Data Loading Specialist on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. In this role you will build calculation models, as well as loading, checking and signing off on customer data that is loaded into L&G’s Pension Administration System. You will also issue key customer communications as part of this interesting and varied role. What you'll be doing: Independently analysing scheme data, building calculation models and loading scheme specific benefits into the administration system. Completing test calculations to ensure that customers are accurately quoted and paid in line with the benefit specification and within agreed SLAs, so that internal colleagues have accurate information for their downstream processes. Producing and issuing member correspondence which accurately reflects scheme benefits and notifies customers of their policy and benefit entitlements. This will involve liaising with a third-party printing house when appropriate to ensure these documents are issued in line with agreed timescales. Checking and signing off scheme loads, and member correspondence completed by other team members. Providing the highest level of support to clients both internally and externally to ensure that all enquiries are resolved in accordance with the relevant SLAs. Ensuring that all processes are created and followed to ensure that a full audit trail exists throughout the lifecycle of all data items. This will include taking responsibility for the testing and documenting of all processes to ensure that they remain appropriate and consistent. Ensuring that all internal customers and any relevant third parties are kept updated in a timely fashion on any key information which impacts their processing to enable them to treat the end customer fairly.
