They now have a truly exciting opportunity for an ambitious Junior Building Surveyor to join their Manchester office, playing an integral role within the team gaining huge exposure to a varying workload, whilst covering a wide breadth of sectors.
Job Role:
Our client is looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join their close-knit team to provide professional building surveying services such as:
* Building reinstatement cost assessments
* Project management
* Technical due diligence
* Contract administration work
* Tendering Processes
* CAD Drawings
* Condition surveys
Requirements:
* Minimum 2:1 bachelor’s degree in building surveying / quantity surveying RICS accredited
* 2+ Years PQE within Building Surveying
* Proactive and team player
