About the Role:
We are seeking two dynamic and detail-oriented Ticket Operations Managers to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Ticketing department in delivering a first-class ticketing operation for Scotland’s Professional Teams, ancillary events, and the National Team. Reporting directly to the Lead Ticket Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and efficient ticketing processes for all our events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead ticketing operations for events, including strategy development, timeline creation, and matchday execution.
* Implement ticketing strategies, manage annual sales timelines, and ensure department resources align with event needs.
* Recruit, train, and manage zero-hour matchday support employees for ticketing operations.
* Oversee e-ticketing systems, perform reconciliations, and update matchday plans by coordinating with key departments.
* Execute ticketing operations on event days and support central and professional team activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in ticket operations, event management, or a related field.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
* Proficiency in ticketing software and systems is a plus.
* Driving License is essential.
