To build on our success, we are looking for a Project Administrator to join our infrastructure team located at the Newark (A46) site office where Skanska is working alongside National Highways to deliver the design and build of road upgrades. As Project Administrator, you will be supporting our Project Management and Communications/DCO team undertaking a range of duties associated with the successful delivery of our scheme.
You will:
* Coordinate and attend meetings with key stakeholders, taking minutes and tracking key activities and actions.
* Use Docusign to issue, track and administer key documentation.
* Be the administrator of relevant databases to coordinate project management information.
* Provide administrational support for safety, fleet admin, office management etc. and assist with stock management.
* General administrative ad- hoc duties as the job requires.
We’re looking for:
* Proficient with Office 365.
* Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.
* Ability to produce reports to recommend improvements.
* Ideally, experience of Oracle.
* Ideally, experience of the construction industry.
