Role: Creative Producer, EMEA
Location: UK Remote. Ideally with easy access to central London.

The Role:
Our client’s Devices & Services Marketing Operations Team bring their hardware devices to life, in both physical and online retail environments. They’re a dynamic team whose mission is to positively influence how people discover, explore, and understand their products. The primary objective of the creative producer is to execute global and local retail creative initiatives, for product launches and campaign refreshes, ensuring time and cost efficiency in the creative production process. This would include print and digital assets, and cover multiple markets across the EMEA region. You will be required to fully understand our client’s brand guidelines, and ensure all work adheres to this. You will collaborate with the client’s cross-functional regional and country teams on strategy alignment, and go-to-market planning and execution teams across various programs.
Responsibilities:
1. A primary point of contact for the client stakeholder. Understand their objectives and needs and implement accordingly.
2. End-to-end retail creative program management.
3. Collaborate and manage cross-functional business relationships with multiple teams to drive creative projects to meet business objectives, creative objectives, and timing within budget requirements.
4. Lead the retail creative development process with internal teams and/or agency partners in the following areas: creative resourcing, timeline management, budget management, creative project team management, cross-functional communication, creative strategy, regional share outs, legal approvals, and production hand-off to deliver exceptional creative.
5. Ensure teams consider customer experience, retail presence and brand integrity in every decision. Have a keen eye for design, always push for innovation and highlight the magic of the products.
6. Proactively anticipate and manage project complexities to create “space” and set up the Retail creative team to do their best work.
7. Own clear and timely communication to cross-functional team leads regarding project status, obstacles and priorities. Proactively identify, communicate and manage risks.
8. Observe and identify opportunities for team processes, tools, documentation, and asset management improvements. Support the implementation of changes to make sure the team and wider creative group are working at optimum efficiency.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Essential:
1. BA / BSc in a business or marketing related discipline.
2. Experience successfully delivering results through a highly matrixed organization developing product campaigns and experiences for retail environments.
3. Experience of direct client liaison at mid-management level.
4. Proficient in working with collaborative production management tools.
5. Highly organised - excellent time management and personal organisation & able to manage multiple projects.
6. Ability to communicate clearly - verbally and written.
7. Proven ability to handle ambiguity, problem solve, time management, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven, technical work environment.
8. Proactive, detailed-oriented, resourceful.
9. Ability to own projects and work independently but also to work well with a team.
Desirable:
1. Some experience in design for digital paid media campaigns (social), in a variety of formats.
2. An understanding of best practices for various digital / social platforms.
3. Experience in B2B marketing design is beneficial, but not essential.
4. Some experience of creative software such as Adobe CC; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Figma.
5. Experience in proofing text and can go beyond spell-check.
6. Experience launching and marketing consumer electronics products in global retail environments is a plus.
