A leading UK non-profit organisation is looking for an experienced Oracle Business Analyst with a strong background in Finance modules to support the optimisation and continuous improvement of their Oracle Cloud ERP system. This is a post-implementation role, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with Finance teams, and driving meaningful change through enterprise technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the bridge between Finance stakeholders and technical teams across Oracle ERP Cloud (Finance modules).
* Support and enhance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Procurement.
* Gather and document business requirements, focusing on process improvements and functional enhancements.
* Investigate and resolve issues raised by users, including defect analysis and coordination of fixes.
* Participate in and support UAT, quarterly Oracle patch testing, and impact assessments.
* Work with internal teams and external vendors to prioritise change requests and manage service tickets.
* Help develop user documentation, process maps, and training guides.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst working on Oracle Cloud ERP, with a focus on Finance modules.
* Solid understanding of Oracle Financials Cloud, including GL, AP, AR, Assets, and related reporting tools.
* Experience supporting Oracle Cloud in a post-go-live environment – not just greenfield implementations.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfortable coordinating with suppliers and managing SRs through to resolution.
Desirable
* Experience working in the charity or public sector.
* Exposure to Oracle Redwood UI or experience with Oracle’s quarterly release cycles.
* Familiarity with cross-functional integration between Finance and HCM.
If you’re looking for a rewarding role where your Oracle expertise will make a tangible difference, we’d love to hear from you.
