ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for appoint additional Exams Invigilators to join our Exams Office at Newcastle College to conduct invigilation of various exams. This is a fixed term appointment to support with the main summer exams series in May and June.
A full training and induction will be given to all successful candidates. Your main responsibilities as the Exams Invigilator will include:
* ensuring exam rooms are correctly set up,
* communicating and managing groups of learners,
* ensuring exams are carried out according to the rules and regulations,
* preventing potential malpractice,
* taking responsibility for the security of exam material before, during and after each exam,
* documenting and reporting any incidents,
* following emergency procedures,
* giving assistance to learners with access arrangements.
