We're seeking a dynamic Regulatory Training Consultant to shape and deliver innovative compliance training solutions across St. James’s Place. This is your chance to collaborate with senior leaders, partners, and advisers, helping us stay ahead of the ever evolving regulatory landscape. In this role, you’ll design innovative learning solutions tailored to the unique needs of our Partners, Advisers, support teams, and senior leaders. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders to create strategic, compliant, and engaging training experiences that support both routine compliance and ad hoc projects. What You'll Be Doing: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and address the regulatory training needs of the business. Create and deliver innovative, tailored training programs that align with business goals and compliance requirements. Manage the regulatory training calendar, ensuring we’re always in step with the latest legislation. Monitor and drive completion of mandatory training, keeping us compliant and prepared. Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to review and approve content that hits the mark. Partner with our Risk Business Partner to tackle emerging risks and ensure we’re always one step ahead. What We’re Looking For: A background in regulatory compliance and a detailed understanding of the industry’s demands. Outstanding communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. The ability to think creatively and craft high-impact training solutions. Experience managing projects with a focus on delivering Learning & Development strategies. A professional with a strong focus on problem-solving and a dedication to ethical conduct, capable of effectively navigating complex challenges. What's in it for you?
