Are you an established Deputy Manager who wants the chance to move into a managerial role? Then this is the role for you!
What you’ll be doing:
1. Managing a team of 18 care and support workers.
2. Applying previous mental health and learning disability management care experience.
3. Set and maintain standards with strong principles, bringing the homes together.
4. Create and agree a written individually tailored plan of care and support that respects the customer’s wishes and promotes their dignity and privacy.
What you’ll bring:
1. Mental Health and learning disability experience.
2. Hold NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care and be able to hold or work towards the registration as required by CQC.
3. Clear and confident communication skills.
As a precondition of this role, you must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
