As a Commis de Rang, you’ll deliver a high-quality, discreet, and efficient dining experience that exceeds our guests' expectations. You’ll work in a welcoming and professional environment where attention to detail and exceptional customer service are celebrated.
1. Assist the Chef de Rang in providing exceptional table service.
2. Set up and prepare the dining area, ensuring cleanliness and attention to detail.
3. Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their meal.
4. Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Clear and reset tables following established standards.
6. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and service.
7. Maintain knowledge of the menu, wine list, and daily specials to answer guest inquiries confidently.
8. Support the team in upholding the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
Qualifications
Experience as a waiter in a 4/5-star hotel is desirable, but not essential— we provide full training!
