Job Description
Churchill Special School, part of the Unity Schools Partnership, is seeking a dedicated Class Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive community. You will be teaching our newly created class of 12 year 7 and 8 ASD pupils, who are working at Key Stage 2 level. This group of pupils will be taught the Primary Curriculum leading to a range of Entry Level and Life Skills accreditation until they leave in year 11. As the class teacher, you will have form tutor responsibilities, and we will support you with delivering the curriculum by ensuring you have weekly PPA (the equivalent of 1 day) and support from two teaching assistants, the pastoral team, and the speech and language team.
