Care Assistant (Day, 11 hours per week)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Care Assistant who is truly passionate about providing the best possible care to our residents in Oakridge Care Home, Ballynahinch.
Working as part of our fantastic multi-disciplinary team, your main role will be to ensure the best care is provided through tasks such as providing personal care, assisting with meal times, assisting residents with their daily needs and assisting with activities.
Oakridge Care Home is a 65 bedded home specialising in residential, frail elderly and dementia (EMI) care.
What we need from you
It is essential that you are eligible to live and work in the UK and you are medically fit to carry out this role. Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be aged 18 or over upon commencement of the role.
It is beneficial if you have had previous paid or unpaid experience in providing care in all aspects of daily living however this is not essential. A qualification equivalent to an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable.
