Responsibilities:
* Define and develop the roadmap for claims predictive analytics aligned with our vision.
* Collaborate with operational, commercial, analytics, and decision science teams to prioritize use cases for optimal customer and commercial outcomes.
* Translate roadmap initiatives into requirements for decision science and scrum teams.
* Ensure successful operational deployment of models with business readiness and change management plans.
* Track post-implementation benefits and ensure models operate effectively.
* Manage ongoing optimization and development of existing models to maximize outcomes.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in the insurance industry and claims is advantageous.
* Experience working with decision science teams and model delivery.
* Proficiency in Agile environments and Scrum teams, managing multiple projects at pace.
* Strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving skills, especially in data science modeling.
