As a CRM Executive at Mobile Phones Direct, you'll work with the CRM Manager to deliver a multi-channel strategy across email, SMS, Meta, and Paid Search. Covering the full customer journey—acquisition, retention, and reactivation—you’ll help drive engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
* Working closely with key business stakeholders to gather requirements for new business wide campaigns and support supplier campaigns
* Assisting the CRM Manager with planning out the content for each of our newsletter campaigns
* Writing high quality email newsletter briefs to ensure you’re getting the very best value and efficiency out of the creative studio
* Managing feedback on creative designs and copy from key stakeholders and feeding these amends back to the creative team in a thorough and concise manner
* Build emails within our enterprise ESP platform
* Schedule email build time with the Email Development team for more complex builds
* Brief the Email Development team on build requirement and supply them with the assets in good time
* Testing links and proofing each email for errors and omissions.
* Scheduling emails for broadcast
* Record and report on key email KPIs
* Execute the testing plan and report learnings back to Senior stakeholders on a weekly basis
* Work closely with the CRM Manager to understand the behaviour and value of customer segments

* Great attention to detail as you’ll need to gather feedback accurately
* Strong communicator as you’ll be liaising with multiple teams across the business including senior stakeholders
* Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
* Strong interest and working knowledge of all marketing channels.
* Comfortable with change as you’ll be consistently testing, learning and innovating
