We’re looking for an exceptionally talented individual with strong training and commercial skills who will play an integral role on the team. You will be responsible for developing and delivering highly engaging training sessions, conducting store visits, and facilitating bespoke events to drive brand growth and build awareness in the market.
Reporting to the General Manager, and collaborating with the co-founders, you will help to strategically develop and implement best-in-class training strategy from concept to activation. We’re looking for a warm and inspiring professional who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and excels in a growing brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and continuously update training materials and programs focused on spa treatments, retail sales, and product application.
Create comprehensive training modules encompassing all aspects of spa services, including skincare, massage, and body treatments.
Lead initial training sessions for new team members, Spa Partners, and Retail Partners to ensure consitent delivery of high-quality retail and treatment services.
Organise workshops, seminars, and ongoing education programs to keep Brand Ambassadors, Therapists, Spa Partners, and Retail Partners informed about the latest product and treatment offerings, features, and benefits.
Perform treatment demonstrations for prospective new spas.
Identify and incorporate new treatment technologies and techniques to enhance the face and body treatment portfolio.
Collaborate with brand trainers in based in international markets to align training programs with business objectives and product offerings.
Work with the marketing and NPD teams to promote new products and treatments.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the entire product range, including ingredients, benefits, and proper usage.
Represent the brand at press events, social gatherings, and customer events at the Institute, as well as third-party retail stores and spas worldwide.
Educate staff on the features and benefits of new products, including any potential contraindications.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A wealth of experience in the spa industry, including extensive experience in a training or educational capacity.
Certified Skin, Spa, and Body Therapist with a UK-recognized qualification.
Deep expertise and knowledge in a wide range of spa treatments and skincare products, along with strong presentation and communication abilities to effectively engage and motivate learners.
Exceptional organisational and time-management capabilities.
Proven ability to collaborate within a diverse team and stay updated with industry trends.
The role requires a blend of office duties and hands-on training in retail/spa settings, therefore willingness to travel for training sessions at different retail/spa locations is required.
