You will: Oversee the administration of examinations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with academic staff to facilitate smooth exam processes Provide support to students and staff regarding exam queries and processes Provide accurate and clear data analysis to support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in performance enhancement. Maintain and develop systems to ensure transparency of assessment data for stakeholders, including parents and students. Plan and organise examination logistics, including timetables, materials, and invigilation. Attend results days and assist in analysing examination outcomes What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you should possess: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills An in-date Enhanced DBS in essential for this role Proficiency in data management systems and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude Previous experience in an educational setting or data management is needed How to Apply: Ready to embark on this exciting journey with us?
