We are working with our client who are a successful and world class manufacturing business based in Cramlington in their search for a Project Management Coordinator
You will be centrally positioned within the product management team to coordinate and gather information to help decide the future of the business and the directions of the sales and production teams.
This role would be ideal for someone looking to get into product/project management as great training and progression is on offer
Responsibilities:
* Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps and timelines.
* Gather and organize product requirements from stakeholders.
* Act as a liaison between engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
* Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.
* Monitor project milestones and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
* Generate reports on product performance and development progress for stakeholders.
* Maintain and update product documentation, including specifications and user guides.
* Organize and manage product-related data, files, and tools.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings such as sprint reviews and product planning sessions.
* Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute follow-up actions.
* Assist in coordinating product release activities, including beta testing and marketing efforts.
* Help prepare materials for training, marketing, and customer onboarding.
* Identify potential risks or issues in the product development process and escalate them appropriately.
* Collaborate with teams to develop risk mitigation strategies.
* Refine and improve product management workflows and tools.
* Provide feedback to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
The Person:
• Experience working in an engineering/production company
• Excellent IT knowledge to learn new systems etc
• Pro-active and good initiative
