Executive Assistant - Compliance Administrator
Up to £36,500 per annum

About the role
Working within our EA team you will take responsibility for various aspects of compliance administration, which will include visiting remote site locations at least 4-5 times per month. Your role will be to support the Group Standards and Compliance Manager with all related compliance activities. Where you do not have the relevant experience for any one of the disciplines, full training will be provided.
Key areas of responsibility
* Act as assistant to the senior compliance manager, updating compliance records and manufacturer portals.
* Support branch locations with maintenance of BS10125, Manufacturer and Truck compliance.
* Coordination of training on compliance and vehicle manufacturer training.
* Attend sites to assist with internal audits on H&S, Compliance and Motofix standards.
* Administer Operator Licence compliance including Tachograph downloads, Trucks PMI schedules etc.
* Travel to the site to help prepare for various BSi, Vehicle Manufacturer and Internal Standards audits.
* Organise various internal communications and reports related to compliance activity.
* Work with property maintenance teams to coordinate compliance-related activities.

* An ability to stay calm under pressure and to prioritise a busy workload.
* A quick learner with attention to detail and confidence when using data and records.
* A flexible pro-active approach with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Higher education certification (preferred).
About you
You will have a minimum 3 years business-related administration experience, preferably within a regulated environment. You will have excellent attention to detail, high standards and a desire to do your job to the best of your ability and take pride in your work.
