* Temporary to Permanent
* Provide a welcoming and professional reception service.
* Manage visitor and contractor access and records.
* Handle telephone calls and direct them appropriately.
* Maintain the reception area and manage deliveries.
* Use office equipment and software efficiently.
* Support administrative tasks and coordinate with staff.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Professional and courteous telephone manner.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel.
5. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
6. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
