Field Based Bureau Manager
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours per week: 37.5 hours
Salary: £26,812
Location: Covering within the London, Burgh Heath and Brighton ASDA Travel Money bureaus. You must have a UK full driving license and the capability to travel within these locations.
Working Patterns: This job is perfect for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between 8.30am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.

As an integral part of ASDA Travel Money, you will be covering three of our bustling Bureaus situated within an ASDA retail store. Thousands of customers will step foot through the door each day, with many looking for help and guidance on all aspects of foreign exchange. We want to not only be the preferred provider of foreign exchange but also to deliver detailed and concise advice paired with an exceptional customer experience.
What will you be doing?
* You will take ownership for the larger management of each site and use your experience to drive results and productivity.
* Ensuring each team of Travel Service Partners strives to deliver the best possible customer experience.
* Nurturing and mentoring the team to maintain high levels of customer service.
* Focusing and reviewing customer feedback and service levels to improve outputs.
* Engaging with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately.
* Delivering on key performance goals.
* Utilising your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
* Implementing and driving best legal practice and regulatory standards.

What does the interview process look like?
* Step 1 - Initial screening call by Talent Acquisition Partners.
* Step 2 - Face-to-face interview with the Area Manager including a numerical test.
