Southdowns Work & Wellbeing Service in West Sussex is a pioneering initiative that helps individuals accessing treatment for mental health support to reintegrate into the workforce.
This innovative project is a collaboration between Southdown and Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust, with team members co-located within clinical teams, while also working remotely and in community-based settings.
* You will work alongside Employability Practitioners or professionals with experience in providing one-to-one support, who are passionate about empowering others to achieve their career goals.
About this role:
This employment transition coordinator position requires someone with exceptional communication skills, empathy, and a strong understanding of employability principles. You will be responsible for developing tailored support plans, building relationships with clients, and connecting them with relevant job opportunities.
