What will you be doing as a People & Education Administrator?
Supporting HR functions, including recruitment, leavers, and family leave processes.
Managing the People database and maintaining accurate records.
Assisting with external education initiatives and strategic People & Culture projects.
Providing administrative support to managers and handling queries efficiently.

Experience in HR administration, People & Culture support, or Education Administration.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in HR databases and Microsoft Office.

Salary: £24,071 per annum, pro rata.
