Your New Role:
* Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process for assigned managers, including conducting job briefs, setting search strategy, sourcing, screening and recommending candidates to build effective talent pipelines through proactive recruiting techniques.
* Talent pooling and building pipelines of candidates for future business needs, including proactively sourcing candidates to support our Diversity & Inclusiveness priorities
* Provide an exceptional candidate experience from application through to onboarding, including the effective management of offer process including salary negotiations
* Optimise external network by maintaining a visible profile in the market and fostering ongoing communication with prospective candidates.
* Promote the organisation as the employer of choice and act as a brand ambassador to all potential candidates by providing regular, relevant, and engaging correspondence
* Support all Inclusion and Diversity initiatives to ensure we attract talented people from the breadth of our communities in which we operate and role modelling our DNA.
* Efficient use of Workday and other recruitment related systems including adhering to correct process
* Meeting/exceeding KPI role requirements
About You:
* Recruitment experience ideally from within a large, complex organisation is preferred.
* Proven ability to manage and prioritise competing responsibilities concurrently and effectively.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Ability to understand and interpret customer needs to deliver business focused solutions.
* Strong networking skills to stay updated on industry best practices.
* Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, as well as digital and virtual platforms to identify, attract and engage candidates beneficial
