Job Description:
Rele | Regional Arcade Engineer
Location: North
Salary: £30,000
Contract: Permanent
What you’ll be doing:
1. Maintain and repair arcade and amusement machines.
2. Perform routine preventative maintenance on arcade and amusement machines to ensure optimal functionality, reduce downtime, and extend the lifespan of equipment.
3. Diagnose and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
4. Manage spare parts, including ordering and installation when required.
5. Document work performed, including repairs, parts used, and any other relevant details.
6. Assist in the development of venue team, providing guidance and sharing knowledge to ensure consistent maintenance standards across the company.
7. Maintain clear and effective communication with the wider team, reporting any issues or updates as needed.
8. Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
9. Exhibit a positive attitude and approach to the role.
10. Have at least 3 years’ experience as an Amusement Arcade Engineer.
11. Possess good IT, literacy, and numeracy skills.
12. Hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
13. Have an Electrical Engineering Certificate.
14. Be willing to travel nationwide when required.
15. Demonstrate flexibility to work evenings, weekends & Bank Holidays when required.
16. Utilize multiple platforms for communicating with HQ Support & site teams, including phone, email, and Teams.
17. Participate in on-call rota for weekends & Bank Holidays.
18. A Company Van will be provided.
