Business Development Manager - must have packaging experience
On behalf of our client, OA are recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager within the packaging industry. You will be expected to win new business as well as develop their existing accounts.

Responsibilities for Business Development Manager:
* Generate sales with new customers through a structured, disciplined and professional approach to achieve performance results.
* Actively identify and seek new business opportunities in various markets.
* Use own initiative for cross-selling opportunities.
* Develop a strategic and tactical model for business development, identifying new opportunities for solutions to fit potential customers.
* Develop existing accounts to maximize opportunities.
* Visit clients on-site.
Requirements:
* Packaging experience is essential.
* Proven ability to develop good working relationships at all levels.
* Strong and honest work ethic with the drive and motivation to thrive in a demanding sales environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Competent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Email) are essential.
