Position: Microsoft Enterprise Architect
Location: Remote however must be based in The UK/Ireland
Permanent Salary: £115k - £140k + Bonus
Overview: We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Enterprise Architect to serve as a crucial link between our Microsoft partner and end users. The ideal candidate will ensure that solutions are effectively designed, implemented, and aligned with both partner capabilities and end-user requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Implementation:
* Collaborate with Microsoft partners to design and implement scalable, efficient enterprise solutions.
* Ensure solutions meet end-user requirements and align with strategic business goals.
* Oversee the integration of Microsoft technologies, especially D365 F&O, CE, Azure
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Act as the primary point of contact between the Microsoft partner and end users.
* Understand and translate end-user needs into technical requirements.
* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
Architecture Development:
* Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks and standards.
* Document current and future state architectures.
* Advocate for best practices in architecture design and implementation.
Vendor and Partner Management:
* Evaluate and select appropriate solutions from Microsoft partners.
* Manage relationships with partners to ensure service level agreements are met.
* Conduct regular reviews to assess partner performance and alignment with business needs.
Risk and Change Management:
* Identify potential risks in solution architectures and develop mitigation strategies.
* Implement change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Continuous Improvement:
* Stay updated on emerging Microsoft technologies and industry best practices.
* Foster an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Competencies:
* Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, preferably with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and MS365
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Experience with vendor and partner management.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies.
* TOGAF certification is a plus.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture.
