We are seeking to appoint a committed, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to support daily reception duties, manage the pre-school finances and on occasions provide administration support to the Federation Business Manager and Executive Head. This role is varied, busy and interesting as you will be responding to the day to day pressures of the busy school life and the needs of our staff and parents.

The position is based at Kentisbeare Primary School but from time to time you could be asked to cover the office in either of the other two schools in our Federation. The role involves the efficient use of our management information system, Office 365 email system, the online payment system and the maintenance of many different databases to support a range of services.
Previous experience of working within a school environment is desirable but not essential. We want someone who will bring organisational skills to the role as well as an understanding of the need for accuracy, planning and reporting.
You must be an efficient professional who is able to prioritise workloads effectively. You will work closely with the other Admin staff across the Federation and report to the Federation Business Manager. Your objective is to support the Leadership Team in providing a first class administrative service, which ultimately benefits our children, parents, staff and visitors.

The working hours will be - Monday to Friday (term time only). You will have a half an hour break at lunchtime.
