Our vision for One Community is to support a healthy, sustainable and prosperous community for all.
Our core objectives are:
* To develop the skills and capacity of local people
* To work in partnership with others to promote community well-being
* To manage and source affordable and accessible community facilities
* To create a sustainable community anchor organisation
We are looking for volunteer fundraisers to support us with fundraising for our organisation, helping us continue our delivery of tasks in the community.
Fundraising can include holding events, where you will plan and deliver an event to attract attention and align with our mission statement. You will be aware of the cultural surroundings and design events that match this.
Fundraising could also include writing funding applications; support will be given, but a good level of literature is required. Research into funding routes will also be necessary.
This is a varied volunteer role, where you will have the scope to use your creativity to help raise funds for our organisation.
We have a Volunteer Investment Program (VIP) which we offer to all volunteers, supporting you in discovering your skill set and future employment opportunities.
