Job overview
We offer a relocation package of up to £8,000
The relocation package is for anyone who would need to relocate in order to take up employment with Cheshire and Wirral Partnership. Terms and conditions apply; please see attached document.
If applicable, please mention this in your application so we can discuss it if invited to interview.
The team supports young people up to 18 years old in West Cheshire, Central Cheshire, and East Cheshire.
This is an exciting opportunity as we develop our 0-18 Mental Health Access Services in the community.
Join the Children & Young Person’s Mental Health Hub Team to be part of these developments.
We offer a Cheshire-wide service. The post holder will be required to work at least once a week in Crewe, with options for satellite offices and remote work.
Main duties of the job
As a member of the clinical team, you will review referrals to Cheshire Children and Young People’s Mental Health Hub (CYPMHH), triage referrals, offer advice on support options, and signpost accordingly. You will contribute to consultations, supporting professionals working with families and young people, providing advice, guidance, and signposting. The role focuses on prevention and early access to intervention.
This role is high demand but offers support from a motivated team and leadership. Remote work will be part of the schedule.
Computer skills are essential as all systems are electronic.
Flexible/hybrid working is encouraged, including face-to-face and virtual work.
Refer to the job description for detailed duties.
