We have great and exciting plans for business development and growth, and an opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and forward-thinking Group Director of Finance to join our team and help deliver on our plans. The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional with a proven track record in managing all aspects of finance. Great time management and organisational skills, along with the ability to prepare reports to deadlines and a flexible approach to meet the demands of the Group is key. Working within a small team, you’ll need a ‘hands-on’, ‘can do’ approach to work, and will be keen to manage, coach and develop your finance team. You will also display high levels of integrity and confidentiality, have good IT skills, be confident in dealing with regulatory bodies, and ideally have experience in the not for profit, charity, or housing sectors.
