We are looking for a Breakfast Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.
Located at one of London's most prestigious addresses, our hotel offers a blend of modernity and sophistication in the heart of Mayfair.
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy, and helping with training junior chefs.
You will work across different areas of the business with a main focus on the Breakfast service.
Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
• Maintaining clean and tidy kitchen areas
• Assisting with training junior chefs
• Working across different areas of the business
Key requirements:
• 3 years' experience as a Commis Chef in a 4/5* hotel or restaurant
• Confident leadership skills and ability to provide in-the-moment feedback
• Experience working in all sections of the kitchen
• Early risers and commitment to shifts from 6am-2:30pm
