Partnership Assistant - Sports & Entertainment
As a Partnerships Assistant at Miai, you will be at the forefront of creative and forward-thinking brand partnership campaigns within the gaming industry. This role involves supporting our team in delivering exceptional co-marketing campaigns for brand partners and clients within sports while also contributing to internal Miai projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Campaign Deck Management
1. Populate internal campaign decks for the partnerships you support.
2. Update decks with the latest assets during various stages of campaign development, marking them as final or in progress.
3. Create templates for campaign decks, utilising templates or designing custom ones to enhance project presentation.
4. Continuously update campaign decks throughout live campaigns, ensuring they capture all the latest information.
5. Present and share campaign decks internally as needed.
2. One Pagers
1. Create one-pagers for each partnership, maintaining alignment with the correct format.
2. Update one-pagers with the latest information as partnerships evolve.
3. Organise and store one-pagers in the correct Teams channel folders and update them in campaign decks.
4. Generate individual presentation slides for team brainstorming sessions and project presentations.
3. Status Reports
1. Populate status documents for the partnerships you support.
2. Request the latest updates from Partnership Managers to keep all information up to date.
4. Wrap Up Reports
1. Assist in collating and populating necessary data for wrap-up reports at the conclusion of campaigns.
2. Continuously monitor regional activities related to your supported campaigns, including social media monitoring, local retail activations, and paid media executions.
3. Collaborate with Partnership Managers to analyse and comprehend campaign performance.
5. Meeting Minutes
1. Capture detailed meeting notes from every team call you attend using Power Apps and distribute them to the team.
2. Document thorough notes from partner/client calls and distribute them to all attendees in the appropriate format.
3. Cross-examine your notes with the team to ensure comprehensive coverage of relevant information.
KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA
1. Consistently deliver high-quality and up-to-date campaign decks and one-pagers.
2. Ensure accurate and timely status reports for all supported partnerships.
3. Collaborate effectively in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns.
4. Provide comprehensive and insightful wrap-up reports at the end of each campaign.
5. Capture and distribute detailed meeting notes, enabling clear communication within the team.
6. Keep the case studies deck updated with relevant information and assets.
7. Adapt to the fast-paced environment and support multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Stay updated on industry trends across gaming and sports marketing on social media platforms relevant to our target audience.
9. Demonstrate professionalism in communication with clients and brand partners.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating visually engaging presentations.
2. Strong organisational and project management skills.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
5. Research and data analysis skills.
