Annual salary: up to £27,300.00 Planner Norwich– Office based Full Time, Permanent, 42.5hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary up to £27,300 per annum MPS has been caring for residents’ homes for over 25 years. About the Role: Due to a recent promotion we are looking for a Planner to join our team here in Norwich. You will be working alongside the complex repairs supervisors dealing with major repairs, disrepairs and compliant jobs. As a Planner, your main duties will include calling residents to book in appointments and planning operatives’ diaries. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining PDA (personal digital assistant) control allocation and will monitor daily work volumes ensuring efficient use of resources to meet turnaround timescales. As well as this, whilst ensuring employees always have the workload to allow them to perform to an optimum level, you will also provide supporting information on operative performance levels.
