Sales Administrator - Culloville

A fantastic opportunity to work for a large wholesale organisation based in Culloville. This organisation is a market leader supplying to the FMCG industry.
They are recruiting for a Sales Administrator on a permanent basis. Hours of work is 9-5. but could be flexible. Salary negotiable depending on experience plus bonus.
Your new role
You will be responsible for printing of high volume customer orders on a daily basis for up to 30 sales reps, inputting customer orders ontoputer system, creating all relevant paperwork for customers, providing price quotes to customers, dealing with any queries and resolving any issues, advising customers on availability of products.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating customer database, liaising with other internal departments and any other general administration duties such as data entry, filing, faxing, photocopying etc
What you’ll need to succeed
You must have 6 months experience in a administration role or retail or customer service experience. You will have excellent organisational and planning skills and excellent attention to detail
